The Oprah Winfrey band that performed duets with Diva Barbra Streisand and Celine Dion will arrive for a one-time performance in Israel on October 26,
The world’s fourth most famous tenor, Divo, will arrive in Israel for the second time on October 26 at the Menorah Mivtachim Hall.
The Quartet is in the midst of a European tour marking 15 years of activity.
The fourth IL DIVO was founded by musical producer Simon Cowell, who is considered the world’s most famous judge. (Pop Idol, American Idol: The X Factor and (Britain’s Got Talent. Placido Domingo, Jose Krrs and Luciano Pavarotti conquered the world in the last decade and this time these IL DIVO presenting a winning combination of pop music and classical music.
The band members chose Cowell across Europe And the United States: Sebastian Izambard of France, David Miller of the United States, Urs Buhler of Switzerland and Carlos Marin of Spain, the ensemble has become the best and most successful performance in the history of the genre.
IL DIVO invented the cross-over genre: operatic pop (“Popra”). The band was founded in Britain in 2004 and immediately gained a warm media embrace. At the beginning of her career she was hosted by Queen Mother – Oprah Winfrey and has since released 9 albums sold in more than 160 million copies. Il Divo is a multi-national classical crossover vocal group. The male quartet originated in the United Kingdom in December 2003, bringing together singers Urs Bühler, Carlos Marín, David Miller, and Sébastien Izambard. The group was created and promoted by music producer Simon Cowell for the label Syco Music.
